"The questions running at full throttle."
I have the following payment methods available: PayPal, credit card, and Klarna solutions.
Yes, I ship to almost every country in the world. Only countries subject to international sanctions, trade embargoes, or logistical restrictions cannot be delivered to (currently, for example: North Korea, Iran, Syria, Cuba, as well as certain regions in active conflict). This list may change depending on the international situation. If your country cannot be delivered to, you will be informed of this before payment is confirmed.
No mass production: each piece is made with care, with a constant focus on quality and authenticity.
Manufacturing and shipping times are listed on each product page. Once your order is ready, you'll receive a confirmation email along with a tracking link.
The "MADE IN FRANCE" textile collection (t-shirts, sweatshirts, jackets...) is crafted in small batches in my workshop in Gironde, then shipped from France. Within mainland France, delivery is handled via Mondial Relay or Colissimo. Internationally, shipping is provided by Colissimo International, for reliable and transparent transport.
Caps, scarves, neck warmers, and Made-to-Order pieces (leather, denim) are designed by me and then entrusted to specialized partner workshops. Shipping times for these items are specified on each product page.
Every order is prepared with the same care: to deliver a garment that carries meaning, designed with respect and passion.
Before you confirm your purchase, the exact shipping cost is clearly displayed in your cart, so there are no unpleasant surprises. This cost may vary depending on the garment ordered, its place of manufacture (France or international), and the shipping method chosen.
Good news! Shipping is free from €70 of purchases in mainland France. Take the opportunity to fill your cart with your favorite items and enjoy free shipping straight to your door.
If you placed an order on my online shop, you'll receive an order confirmation email at the address registered in your customer details. Please also check your SPAM folder. As a general rule, you'll receive a tracking email from the shipping company as soon as the parcel is on its way. With the tracking ID included, you can follow the status of your shipment.
If your order is delayed, I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. Please contact my customer service with your order number, and I will look into it and provide you with updates. During peak periods or busy occasions, please note that delays may occur, and I thank you for your understanding and patience. Rest assured, I am committed to getting your order delivered to you as quickly as possible.
You'll find the size chart on each product page, shown as a thumbnail image. If you're unsure of your size, measure an item that fits you well and compare it with our size chart.
First, click on the item you want. Then, below it, you'll see the different available sizes. If one or more of them are crossed out, it means they are temporarily unavailable. If the size you want is available, select it and add it to your cart.
Every piece is carefully checked before shipping. For the textile collection made in my workshop, I personally inspect each item before sending it out. For caps, scarves, neck warmers, and Made-to-Order pieces, I work with partner workshops chosen for the consistent quality of their craftsmanship.
If, despite these precautions, a defect occurs, contact me by email with a photo of the item: I will find a solution quickly.
You'll find all the important information in the Returns section.
Motor Wheels Clothing operates in two parts:
For the textile collection, yes: sourcing, graphic design, printing, and finishing are all done by me. For the Made-to-Order collection (leather and denim), the manufacturing is entrusted to specialized partner workshops, since these materials require expertise and equipment that I don't have as a solo craftsman. The design, choice of materials, and quality approval, however, remain entirely my responsibility.
No, I handle the design, sourcing, and production of the textile collection on my own, from a workspace at home, in Gironde. For the Made-to-Order line, I work with specialized partner workshops that handle the manufacturing according to my designs and specifications.
For textiles, I test and compare several blank pieces before finalizing the fabric and cut. For the Made-to-Order line, I select partner workshops recognized for their expertise in leather and denim, capable of following my requirements for style and finish.
