At Motor Wheels Clothing, we are committed to shipping your orders as soon as possible. Each product sheet indicates an estimate of the processing and delivery time so that you can plan your purchase with peace of mind.
For orders shipped from France, you have two options:
1. Delivery to a Mondial Relay relay point, practical and economical.
2. Home delivery by Colissimo, with online tracking and without signature.
International deliveries are provided exclusively by Colissimo International, guaranteeing a reliable and secure delivery to your destination.
The announced deadlines are given as an indication. In the event of a delay exceeding 30 days after the order was placed, you can request cancellation of the sale and get a full refund.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically according to your delivery location and appear clearly in your cart before payment is validated. No surprises at the checkout: you know exactly how much you're paying.

International delivery
We ship our creations to many countries. Fees and deadlines vary depending on the destination and are calculated automatically at the time of ordering.
Order tracking
As soon as your package is shipped, a tracking link will be sent to you by email. You will be able to follow each step of the delivery of your order in complete transparency.
Delivery issues
If your order seems to be late, we invite you to carry out these checks:
1. Check the shipping confirmation email to verify the accuracy of your shipping address.
2. Contact your local post office to find out if they hold your package.
3. Check with your neighbors to see if the delivery person has given them the package.
If the package cannot be found, contact us at contact@motorwheelsclothing.com with your order number. If you make an address mistake, please also let us know as soon as possible so that we can help you find the best solution.
Product manufacturing and shipping
Our French creations are made and shipped from France.For other items, we collaborate with print-on-demand providers based around the world. Your products are manufactured and shipped from the site closest to your location, in order to reduce lead times and carbon footprint.
Damaged or Wrong Product
If, despite our quality control, an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us upon receipt at contact@motorwheelsclothing.com. Please attach photos of the product concerned, your order number and any useful information to speed up the processing of your request. We will quickly offer you a suitable solution (replacement, credit note or refund).

Secure payment
Orders are made exclusively in metropolitan France and in the Europe zone countries, United Staes and Canada on the website Motor Wheels Clothing – MOTOR WHEELS, no other mode will be accepted.
To place an order, the Customer follows the different order steps scrolling on the site, he must validate the price calculation, then add to the cart. He must identify himself and enter a delivery address. After confirming the order, he must proceed to payment.
Online payment is made by the following means: by credit card (Carte Bleue, Visa, Mastercard) or PayPal, thanks to the secure server Shopify Payments, the Seller offers a completely secure online payment.
The Customer must enter his credit card number, its validity date and the 3 numbers of the visual cryptogram present on the back of his card. If the payment is accepted, the Customer will be redirected to an order confirmation screen on the Site. In case of payment failure, the order will not be validated by us.
Upon acceptance of the Customer’s payment, the Customer will receive an email confirming his order, and summarizing all the items ordered, the billing and delivery address and the date of delivery.
The validation of the order by the Customer and the order confirmation sent to the Customer by email by Motor Wheels Clothing following the acceptance of the payment constitute the conclusion of a sales contract between the Parties and acceptance of the General Conditions of Sale.
The Customer who has placed an order will have the opportunity to print his invoice by logging on the Site in the space followed by the order provided for this purpose.
Motor Wheels Clothing reserves the right not to validate the order in case of dispute (s) with the customer, abusive or abnormal exchanges and returns.
