    When will I receive my order?

    It usually takes 3-7 business days to process an order, with some garments requiring more time, after which it is shipped. The shipping time depends on your place of residence, but it can be estimated for any single order.

    You will find an approximate estimate on each page of each product, allowing you to project yourself as to the purchase of your future garment.

    Delivery is free, whatever the value of the order.

    My order should have arrived, but I still haven’t received it. What should I do?

    Before contacting us, please help us by:

    Check your shipping confirmation email for any errors in the shipping address
    Ask your local post office if they have your package
    Drop by your neighbours in case the courier has left them the package, if the shipping address is correct and the package has not been dropped off at the post office or your neighbour, contact us at contact@motorwheelsclothing.com with your order number. If you have found an error in your delivery address, contact us at contact@motorwheelsclothing.com.

    How are your products made?

    We work with several distributors of printed products on demand. They are present worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the site that can do it most efficiently.

    Some distributors may remove certain collections.

    Motor Wheels Clothing is committed to providing an equivalent product for

    the same model without changing the price.



    How can I track my order?

    You will receive a tracking link by email when your order is shipped. If you have any questions about tracking or shipping your order, please contact us at motorwheelsclothing.com. I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do? We are really sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this issue quickly, please email us at [insert your customer service email here] within weeks with photos of the damaged product, your order number and any other details you may have about your order.

    Secure payment
    Orders are made exclusively in metropolitan France and in the Europe zone countries, United Staes and Canada on the website Motor Wheels Clothing – MOTOR WHEELS, no other mode will be accepted.

    To place an order, the Customer follows the different order steps scrolling on the site, he must validate the price calculation, then add to the cart. He must identify himself and enter a delivery address. After confirming the order, he must proceed to payment.

    Online payment is made by the following means: by credit card (Carte Bleue, Visa, Mastercard) or PayPal, thanks to the secure server Shopify Payments, the Seller offers a completely secure online payment.

    The Customer must enter his credit card number, its validity date and the 3 numbers of the visual cryptogram present on the back of his card. If the payment is accepted, the Customer will be redirected to an order confirmation screen on the Site. In case of payment failure, the order will not be validated by us.

    Upon acceptance of the Customer’s payment, the Customer will receive an email confirming his order, and summarizing all the items ordered, the billing and delivery address and the date of delivery.

    The validation of the order by the Customer and the order confirmation sent to the Customer by email by Motor Wheels Clothing following the acceptance of the payment constitute the conclusion of a sales contract between the Parties and acceptance of the General Conditions of Sale.

    The Customer who has placed an order will have the opportunity to print his invoice by logging on the Site in the space followed by the order provided for this purpose.

    Motor Wheels Clothing reserves the right not to validate the order in case of dispute (s) with the customer, abusive or abnormal exchanges and returns.
