The pre-order offers presented by the company Motor Wheels Clothing are only valid within the limit of the time available and the quantity offered for pre-order.

In the event of a Pre-order, the amounts paid in advance by the Customer do not constitute a deposit, within the meaning of article 1590 of the Civil Code.

If the minimum goal of a Pre-Order campaign is not reached, Motor Wheels Clothing will contact the Customer at the end of the campaign to announce its decision to refund or produce.

In this case, Motor Wheels Clothing must reimburse the Customer within fourteen (14) days from the cancellation of the Pre-order.

Termination Policy on Purchase Options

1. Termination Conditions:

• The customer may cancel his purchase option within 14 days from the date of purchase.
• To exercise the right of termination, the customer must notify his decision in writing (email or mail) to contact@motorwheelsclothing.com or Motor Wheels clothing – 10 Ter Lieudit les Ardits – 33420 DAIGNAC - FRANCE.

2. Reimbursement Terms:

• In the event of termination, the customer will be reimbursed the full amount paid for the purchase option, provided that the termination request is received within the time period stipulated above.
• The refund will be made by the same means of payment as that used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed between the parties.

3. Exceptions:

• Certain purchase options may be excluded from the right of withdrawal, including personalized or custom-made products. These exceptions will be clearly indicated at the time of purchase.

4. Termination Procedure:

• To terminate a purchase option, the customer must provide the following information:
• First and last name
• Order number
• Date of purchase
• Description of the purchase option
• Reason for termination (optional)

5. Effects of Termination:

• Upon receipt and validation of the termination request, the purchase option will be canceled and the product (if applicable) must be returned in its original condition.
