Cancellation policy

Pre-order offers presented by Motor Wheels Clothing are valid only within the limits of the time available and the quantity offered for pre-order.

In the event of a pre-order, the sums paid in advance by the customer do not constitute a deposit, within the meaning of article 1590 of the French Civil Code.

If the minimum objective of a Pre-order campaign is not reached, Motor Wheels Clothing will contact the Customer at the end of the campaign to announce its decision to refund or produce.

In this case, Motor Wheels Clothing will refund the Customer within fourteen (14) days of the cancellation of the Pre-Order.

Call Option Termination Policy

1. Cancellation conditions :

The customer may cancel the purchase option within 14 days from the date of purchase.
To exercise the right of cancellation, the customer must notify his decision in writing (email or post) to contact@motorwheelsclothing.com or Motor Wheels clothing - 10 Ter Lieudit les Ardits - 33420 DAIGNAC - FRANCE.
2. Refund procedure :

In the event of cancellation, the customer will be refunded the full amount paid for the purchase option, provided that the cancellation request is received within the period stipulated above.
The refund will be made by the same means of payment used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed between the parties.
3. Exceptions :

Certain purchase options may be excluded from the right of cancellation, in particular personalized or custom-made products. These exceptions will be clearly indicated at the time of purchase.
4. Cancellation procedure :

To cancel a purchase option, the customer must provide the following information:
Full name
Order number
Purchase date
Purchase option description
Reason for cancellation (optional)
5. Effect of cancellation :

Upon receipt and validation of the cancellation request, the purchase option will be cancelled and the product (if applicable) must be returned in its original condition.
