When will I receive my order?

It usually takes 3-7 business days to process an order, with some garments requiring longer, after which it is shipped. Shipping time depends on your location, but it can be estimated for any single order.

You will find a rough estimate on each page of each product, allowing you to plan the purchase of your future garment.

Delivery is free, whatever the value of the order.

My order should have arrived, but I still haven't received it. What should I do ?

Before contacting us, please help us by doing the following:

• Check your shipping confirmation email for any errors in the shipping address
• Ask your local post office if they have your package
• Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them, if the shipping address is correct and the package was not dropped off at the post office or at your neighbor's house, contact us at contact@motorwheelsclothing .com indicating your order number. If you found an error in your shipping address, contact us at contact@motorwheelsclothing.com .

How are your products made?

We work with several distributors of print-on-demand products. They have a worldwide presence, so depending on where you are located, your orders are printed and shipped from whichever location can do it most efficiently.

Some distributors may withdraw certain collections.

Motor Wheels Clothing undertakes to provide an equivalent product for

the same model without changing the price.

The only variable that can change depending on the price list is the delivery cost.

How can I track my order?

You will receive a tracking link via email when your order ships. If you have any questions about tracking or shipping your order, email us contact@motorwheelsclothing.com . I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do? We are very sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this issue quickly, please email us at [insert your customer service email here] within a few weeks with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have regarding your order.

Secure payment

Orders are placed exclusively in mainland France and in European Union countries and United States , on the Motor Wheels Clothing – MOTOR WHEELS website, no other method will be accepted.

To place an order, the Customer follows the different order steps scrolling on the site, he must validate the price calculation, then add to the basket. He must identify himself and enter a delivery address. After confirmation of the order, payment must be made.

Online payment is made by the following means: by bank card (Carte Bleue, Visa, Mastercard) or PayPal, thanks to the secure STRIPE server, the Seller offers completely secure online payment.

The Customer must enter their bank card number, its expiry date as well as the 3 numbers of the visual cryptogram present on the back of their card.
