Shipping times and methods

I am committed to shipping your orders as quickly as possible.
Each product page shows an estimated processing and delivery time so you can plan your purchase with peace of mind.

For orders shipped from France, you have two options:

Delivery to a Mondial Relay pickup point, convenient and economical.

Home delivery by Colissimo, with online tracking and no signature required.

International deliveries are handled exclusively by Colissimo International, ensuring reliable and secure shipping to your destination.

The stated delivery times are given as an estimate. If a delay exceeds 30 days after the order date, you may request cancellation of the sale and a full refund.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically based on your delivery location and are clearly displayed in your cart before payment is confirmed.
No surprises at checkout: you know exactly how much you're paying.

Good news!
Shipping is free from €70 of purchases for any order shipped within mainland France.
It's the perfect opportunity to fill up your cart and enjoy free shipping straight to your door.

International delivery

I ship my creations to many countries. Costs and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated automatically at the time of order.

Order tracking

As soon as your parcel is shipped, a tracking link will be sent to you by email. You'll be able to follow every step of your order's journey with complete transparency.

Delivery issues

If your order appears to be delayed, please carry out the following checks:

Check the shipping confirmation email to verify that your delivery address is correct.

Contact your local post office to see if they are holding your parcel.

Check with your neighbors to see if the courier left the package with them.

If the parcel still cannot be found, contact me at contact@motorwheelsclothing.com with your order number.
In case of an address error, please also let me know as soon as possible so I can help you find the best solution.

Manufacturing and shipping of products

All my textile creations are designed, printed, and hand-finished in Gironde, in deliberately limited runs (25 pieces for the Heritage Collection, 10 pieces for the vintage series). I sew each label myself, piece by piece.

For certain specific items (leather, denim, or made-to-order pieces), I work with partner workshops selected for their expertise, but shipping remains centralized and tracked by me from France.

Damaged or incorrect product

If, despite my quality control, an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact me as soon as you receive it at contact@motorwheelsclothing.com.
Please attach photos of the item in question, your order number, and any useful information to speed up the processing of your request.
I will quickly offer you a suitable solution (replacement, store credit, or refund).

I do everything possible to offer you a smooth, fast, and transparent shopping experience.
Your satisfaction is my priority, from the click of a button to the receipt of your garment.

Secure payment

Orders can be placed from anywhere in the world, except for countries subject to international restrictions or embargoes (at-risk zones), on the Motor Wheels Clothing website; no other ordering method will be accepted.

If your delivery country cannot be served for logistical or regulatory reasons, you will be informed of this before payment is confirmed.

To place an order, follow the steps displayed on the site: confirm the price calculation, then add to cart. Log in and provide a delivery address. After confirming the order, proceed to payment.

Online payment can be made using the following methods: bank card (Carte Bleue, Visa, Mastercard) or PayPal, through the secure Shopify Payments server, which guarantees fully secure online payment.

You will need to enter your card number, its expiry date, and the 3-digit security code on the back of the card. If the payment is accepted, you will be redirected to an order confirmation screen. If payment fails, the order will not be confirmed.

As soon as payment is accepted, you will receive an order confirmation email summarizing all the items ordered, the billing and delivery address, as well as the delivery date.

Confirming your order and the confirmation email sent after payment is accepted constitute the conclusion of a sales contract between us and acceptance of the Terms and Conditions of Sale.

You will be able to print your invoice by logging into the site, in the order tracking area provided for this purpose.

I reserve the right not to confirm an order in the event of an existing dispute, or of abusive or abnormal exchanges and returns.
