Returns & Exchanges – International

Right to Cancel
You have 14 days from the date you receive your items to cancel your order, for any reason, without penalty. This applies to customers in France and internationally. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

To cancel, please fill out our cancellation form or provide your full name and order number in writing, and send it to us.

Custom-made items
Please note that items made to measure according to the customer's specifications cannot be returned or exchanged, as they are specially made for you and cannot be suitable for other customers.

Returning Items

• Items must be unused, in perfect condition, with original packaging and labels. Returns not meeting these conditions may not be refunded.

• Return shipping is at your cost and must be via tracked service with signature. Untracked shipments or drop-off points will not be accepted.

• For items over €75, we recommend using insured shipping. We cannot guarantee receipt of untracked returns.

• Delivery times for exchanges may vary depending on your country.

Incorrect or Damaged Items
If you receive the wrong or damaged items, email us with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Refunds

• Refunds are processed to your original payment method once approved.

• Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.

Delayed or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:

1. Check your bank account.

2. Contact your credit card company.

3. Contact your bank.
