Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations

MOTOR WHEELS CLOTHING – INTERNATIONAL POLICY

1. Cancellation Policy (Before Shipping)

You may cancel your order as long as it has not yet been processed or shipped by our team (status showing as "unfulfilled" or "unprocessed" in your customer account).

  • Standard items: If the order has not yet been handed over to the carrier, it will be immediately canceled and a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. If the package is already in transit, direct cancellation is no longer possible: you must wait for delivery to exercise your right of withdrawal.
  • Custom-made items: Orders for personalized or custom-made items can only be canceled if the manufacturing process has not yet begun. Once production or customization has started, no cancellations or refunds will be accepted.

2. Right of Withdrawal (After Delivery)

In accordance with current European regulations, you have a right of withdrawal for your order, without having to provide a reason, within a period of 14 calendar days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), takes physical possession of the items.

How to exercise your right of withdrawal?

To simplify your process and meet the requirements of EU Directive 2023/2673, we provide a quick two-click electronic procedure:

  1. Go to the withdrawal button located in the footer of our website.
  2. Fill in the required information (your name, order number, and the items concerned) and click the "Confirm Withdrawal" button.

Upon validation of your request, an acknowledgment of receipt will be sent to you immediately by email on a durable medium, confirming it has been processed along with the exact date and time of registration.

Alternative: You may also notify us of your decision by means of an unambiguous statement via email at contact@motorwheelsclothing.com or by mail to our return address, stating your first name, last name, and order number. Alternatively, you can download our standard withdrawal form letter, fill it out, and send it to us. Please include your first name, last name, and order number on the document or on a separate sheet of paper.

3. Return and Exchange Conditions

Return requests must imperatively be made within the legal timeframe of 14 days after receiving your order. Past this deadline, no refunds or exchanges can be issued.

💡 What this means for your garments: You may try on the items (just as you would in a store fitting room). However, they must imperatively be unused, in their original condition, and complete (including original packaging). Garments must not have been worn for an extended period, washed, perfumed, soiled, or damaged. Brand tags must remain attached to the product. Any returned item that does not meet these criteria and is deemed unfit for resale may be subject to a deduction on its refund or rejected entirely.

  • Custom-made items: Please note that items made to order or customized according to your specifications cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
  • Return shipping fees: Shipping costs for returns are your exclusive responsibility and are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, any initial shipping costs that were paid or originally offered will be deducted.
  • Logistics and transport: No refund or exchange will be validated before the physical receipt and inspection of the items at our facilities. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service with signature confirmation. For items valued over €75, using shipping insurance is highly recommended. We decline all responsibility for lost untracked packages.
  • Drop-off points (Points Relais): We do not accept any returns sent via parcel drop-off points / relay locations. If a package is sent this way, we reserve the right not to collect it.

4. Wrong or Damaged Items

If, despite the care taken in preparing your orders, you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us immediately by email with clear photos of the items involved. After verification, we will proceed at our own expense with the replacement or full refund of the defective item.

5. Refund Modalities

Once your return is received and inspected by our team, a confirmation email will be sent to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund is automatically processed and credited to your original method of payment within a few business days.

Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you notice a delay in receiving your refund:

  1. Check your online bank account again.
  2. Contact your card issuer or banking institution, as a technical processing delay is often required before the credit officially appears.
